How to Eat in the Car

Want a guilty pleasure? Get a to-go salad from the grocery store with tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, and some chick peas, croutons and feta thrown in for a little decadence and park your car in the back of the parking lot where no one can see you.

Turn off the engine and push your seat back as far as it will go. Take out a book. Any book with do. Even a magazine, as long as it's interesting and will keep your attention.

Eat leisurely. Your errands are done and you've got an hour to kill before your responsibilities take hold again. Don't answer your cell. Just enjoy the quiet and your healthy lunch and float away into the world of your book.

Try this at home:
Where can you be quiet for a moment?
