You've never been a fan of grapefruit and for a girly girly you've always been strangely low maintenance on the beauty products front. But about the time you started this blogging project, you decided you wanted to pamper your body more and this has led you down a slippery slope.
Your pink grapefruit body butter smells so delicious you want to lick your own arms. It's a lotiony perfume that makes you feel like the Queen of Sheba after a shower. (Or at least what you imagine the Queen of Sheba might feel like. You don't actually know very much about her except that she was a Queen and from Sheba.)
When you bought your body butter you received a sample of something called Wise Woman Regenerating Cream, which apparently is for women of a certain age. You're not sure if you're of this certain age yet, but you're actually starting to enjoy some articles in Redbook lately, so you probably are. You were rather aghast at the cost of this potion, but your skin actually does feel more taut after you use it. Plus, it's glittery!
The last time you got your nails done, you had flowers painted on your thumbs! (Yes. You will be moving to New Jersey any day now with your new husband Tony Soprano.)
